Another post dedicated to this New York beauty surely won't send the blogosphere into overdrive, right? A very fabulous friend of mine in London introduced me to the sultry, and at times melancholic, chanteuse a few months back and in the interim her music and her look have ceased to evade my mind.

The songs are great, her music catches the essence of every girl who's ever had her heart broken. Her videos are a stimulating visual plethora of old school Hollywood references. She flutters her eyelashes and pouts those lips in a manner that suggests a lot of time spent engrossed in old Brigitte Bardot movies. Her hair is oh-so big and fifties inspired and she rocks vintage gold chains that pull in a current reference to her overall image.

Del Rey recently sat down with British Vogue and cited Chanel and Versace as her favourite labels.

I can't help but picture her rocking this beaded paisley bustier from our collection with some high waisted cut offs and sky high platforms!

Her Decembershow sold out in pre-sale, leaving this blogger close to tears so for now I'll just have to leave you with this video (check out her cat eye frames, love them!):
