Rocha Simone Rocha

Having just shown her fourth collection at London Fashion Week, Rocha is quickly establishing herself as one of Ireland's most interesting and talented fashion exports. Following in her father John Rocha's footsteps, the 25 year old graduated from The National College of Art and Design in Dublin and continued her studies at Central Saint Martin's College in London, graduating with an MA last year.

With a number of notable achievements already under her belt, amongst them a Topshop collaboration and a window display at London's legendary Selfridges store, Rocha is well on her way to establishing herself in the industry.

Citing her father, Balenciaga and Comme Des Garcons as her favourite designers, Rocha states that her pieces are 'modern and strong, yet romantic.'

Her S/S '12 collection featured lace, peek-a-boo panels and collars. The colour scheme was principally neutral with the odd bolt of bold green and pink colours. Her signature brogues featured also and provided a sharp and decidedly masculine counter to the ethereal and girlie lace facets to the collection's pieces.
