Seriously, how cool do these hip young things running the streets of Tokyo look? They carry off these utterly outré outfits with some determined level of panache. I can't imagine anyone this side of the Pacific managing to pull off such looks. That might serve as a challenge to the hipsters of NYC... Your move!
