Artist Kimiko Yoshida's self-portraits from her series of works "Marry Me!" & "Intangible Brides" have been in our inspiration files for some time now & we figured we'd share them with you since the notion of head pieces have been abused so terribly in the pop-music arena recently. Whether Yoshida's outfitted in tribal headgear & black face or topped off with tiara's on loan from Cartier, it's each image's restraint that we tend to be drawn to. Visit
