Most Wanted: Chloe's Fall 2010 Bucket Bags

One of us grew up in Texas in the early 90's where it seemed as if every cool girl-in-the-know received either a Dooney & Bourke or Coach bucket bag upon entering junior high and since then, it has remained one of our favorite shapes. Call it nostalgia if you will, but Chloe's rich bucket bags for Fall 2010 remind us of that coming-of-age moment related to fashion, when you start to comprehend what's cool & not when looking at classics. Which in a sense hits that nonchalant naivete Chloe's always been about. They also happen to be a fresh departure from the jingle-jangle, hardware dominated bags from the past decade.

Purple Reign: The Oscars Best Dressed

Last night at the Oscar's Zoe Saldana wowed us in her sculptural purple Givenchy Haute Couture gown making her the night's best dressed hands-down. Catching a wrap around glimpse of Saldana presenting an award made said gown look trippy, almost sci-fi with it's bulbous hem. And while others looked about as dry and amateur as a girl on her way to the prom or akin to a mother-of-the-bride, we liked that Saldana took a chance with the end result being beautiful.
